Firm to hire more agents for Taguig call center


AMERICAN management solutions provider CustomerContactChannels (C3) plans to hire over a thousand new customer service agents for its call center operations in Taguig City, the company said in a statement.

C3 said the new agents will support clients in the telecommunications, health care, and social commerce industries in preparation for increased call volume starting this year.

“We are looking for people with patience and enthusiasm. If you think you are that type of person, we have a great opportunity for you at C3,” company President and Chief Operating Officer Rick Ferry said in a statement.
