"We will be bidding out the Bonifacio Naval Station, which we now call the Bonifacio South Pointe, in February. We want to open it to international firms as well so we will be publishing the invitation to bid in regional publications," BCDA bidding head Nena D. Radoc told reporters yesterday.
She added that the agency was seeking a joint venture "so we can take advantage of the prices in real estate which favors long-term holdings of property."
An invitation to bid for the 33.1-hectare area will be published this Friday and again in January. The actual auction will be staged in the middle of February
