Business and property analysts see the continuing growth of Central Business Districts (CBDs) in Metro Manila and emerging centers in key cities up to 2015, amid the growth of the Philippine economy, and the bullish outlook on foreign and domestic investments. The CBD is the commercial and focal point of a city, where there is large concentration of retail and office buildings, mostly hosting multinationals; malls, high-end stores, tourism and cultural centers, cinemas, main railway and bus stations.
