“There were three bids that were submitted from the five that bought bid documents,” said Nena D. Radoc, chairman of the BCDA’s Bidding Committee in a telephone interview on Friday.
The auction covers the 3,099-square meter Eastgate parking facility along 14th Drive in Bonifacio Global City. The area is envisioned to be developed as a parking facility with retail spaces.
